The 24th and 25th floors are designed with high-performance, ergonomic workstations ideal for public safety operations. On the 24th floor, the Call Taker Pod Setup features 60 sit-stand 72" Flex Corner Consoles configured into twelve 4-position pods and six 2-position pods, supporting collaborative and efficient workflows. A large storage area with nine closed-door cabinets ensures ample space for equipment and supplies. Adjacent to this is the Supervisor Area, which includes two 84" Flex Corner Sit-Stand Supervisor Consoles, a fixed-height desk, two box/box/file pedestals, and six closed-door storage cabinets, offering a functional and organized command space.
The 25th floor supports Dispatcher and Training Operations with 38 sit-stand 84" Flex Corner Consoles arranged in nine 4-position and one 2-position bullpens for seamless communication and workflow. Supervisor stations on this level include two 84" and one 96" Flex Linear Sit-Stand Consoles, accompanied by a fully equipped storage zone with a fixed-height desk, pedestals, and four storage cabinets. A dedicated Printer Area features four closed-door cabinets for convenient access to printing supplies. The Training Console Area offers four 84" Flex Corner Sit-Stand Consoles in a single 4-position bullpen, ideal for onboarding or skill-building exercises. This comprehensive setup enhances comfort, organization, and operational readiness for high-demand environments.
