The Challenge
When approaching the Delta Sky360 Club project, Whitney knew that successful remote work demands exceptional communication and trust. She had previously tried working with local-to-site vendors, but the experience left much to be desired.
According to Whitney, “(In those scenarios), the communication was lacking, and when working on a remote project, communication is key.”
Whitney’s existing relationship with the Interior Solutions team set a new foundation. The trust built locally gave her confidence that even hundreds of miles away, the project would be executed correctly the first time.
The Collaboration
Partnering with Interior Solutions allowed Whitney to approach the project in a fundamentally different way. Rather than relying on unfamiliar local-to-site partners to review materials and confirm selections, she collaborated hands-on with her trusted Interior Solutions team.
She shared, “Being able to collaborate with our local Interior Solutions team was a huge bonus. I was able to work with them to select fabrics, finishes, and see them in real-time against our building materials.” This direct, in-person alignment eliminated guesswork and strengthened design integrity.
Beyond product selection, the team delivered significant value-engineering—without compromising aesthetics. Whitney emphasized, “The Interior Solutions team does an AMAZING job at providing value-engineered options that keep the integrity of the design. I cannot say that I have had that experience when working with other dealers, local or non-local.”
The Results
The transformation of the Delta Sky360 Club surpassed expectations. The updated space now reflects the elevated, exclusive experience patrons expect from one of Ford Field’s premier clubs.
Whitney described it as “a major improvement” that finally looks and feels as elite as its purpose. Thoughtful combinations of textures, patterns and lighting set the club apart from others in the stadium, creating a differentiated, immersive experience guests haven’t had before.
Most importantly, the client was thrilled. “Delta was very pleased with all the furniture and how everything came out,” she noted—clear validation of strong teamwork and thoughtful execution.
The Learnings
One of the biggest takeaways for Whitney and her team was the reinforced value of working with trusted partners.
She shared, “Honestly, (my advice to others is) to keep using local-to-you firms instead of trying to vet and find a firm local to the project. This was such a smooth process all the way through delivery, and I think that is because of the relationships we have with (the Interior Solutions) team and the trust we have built over the years.”
For her, the experience solidified that strong relationships and trust are integral in delivering an intended design.

Advice to Others
When asked what she’d tell others beginning a similar furniture journey, Whitney’s message was simple: “Trust your team, and let them lead.” She emphasized that Interior Solutions’ deep product knowledge and ability to create packages from concepts and mood boards has consistently delivered successful outcomes.
