We were invited to work with the facilities manager and the architect to create an updated look,
which included adding new and common areas for the residents. The goal was to bridge the gap in design for the
multi-generational tenant population and to help maintain a simple lifestyle.
The amenities included two different styled social areas, two business centers, a leasing office, waiting areas, an
