Layton Station Community Spaces

The Layton Station project included furnishing the clubhouse, leasing offices, and all lobby and lounge areas to create inviting, community-focused spaces. The scope also extended outdoors with fully furnished pool and patio areas, as well as 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom model units designed to feel modern, comfortable, and livable. Together, these elements create a cohesive residential experience that supports both connection and everyday living.
