Arizona Water Company has been a fantastic partner along with KT Tamm design group. They recently finished their phase 3 remodel at their Phoenix corporate offices.
The scope of the project included a total gut of the second floor including all electrical, plumbing, mechanicals, and furnishings. We were able to support the project with furniture, modular walls, custom casework, and high-density storage. The project was completed in mid-2023 and aesthetically followed the same design language that KT Tamm designed on the first floor of the building.
